Buenos días amigos de @foodiesbeehive les deseo que estén pasando una excelente semana. Este fin de semana le pedí a mi hija que me enseñara a hacer una torta tres leches, siempre he tenido inconveniente en hacer bizcochos, soy mas de hacer torta, en una ocasión intente hacer un bizcocho y no me levantó para nada quedó muy mal pero me gusta mucho la torta tres leche y esta se hace con bizcocho, esta preparación no tiene mucha estética ya que me esmeré más en aprender la elaboración del bizcocho y por supuesto el rico sabor de la torta tres leche que en esta ocasión la hice de cacao y ahora les cuento como la hice.

- 5 huevos.
- 1 lata de leche condensada.
- 1 lata de crema de leche.
- 1/2 litro de leche completa.
- Crema para batir.
- 120 gr de azúcar.
- 120 gr. de Harina de trigo.
- 80 gr. de Cacao.
- Canela.
- 5 eggs.
- 1 can condensed milk.
- 1 can of milk cream.
- 1/2 liter of whole milk.
- Whipping cream.
- 120 gr. sugar.
- 120 gr. of wheat flour.
- 80 gr. Cocoa.
- Cinnamon.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and with the electric mixer beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the yolks and beat a little more. Then add the cup of sugar while continuing to beat.---






Stop the mixer and add the sifted wheat flour and beat with a paddle and then add the cocoa powder, beat in an enveloping way and transfer the mixture to a buttered and floured mold to be baked for about 40 minutes.---




In the blender add a cup of powdered milk in a liter of water, beat and then add the condensed milk, the cream and 3 tablespoons of cocoa.---



When the cake is warm, make many holes with the help of a toothpick and then add all the contents of the blender, trying to get enough into all the holes and around the cake. We take it to the refrigerator for two hours so that it absorbs enough of the mixture.---
