Feliz día amigos de @foodiesbeehive. El pasado domingo regrese a Cumaná luego de varios días en Caripe, aunque solo fue para compartir con mi suegro que estaba de cumpleaños ese día, ya luego regresamos a seguir nuestras vacaciones. Cuando llegamos el calor de la ciudad nos pegó fuerte, nada que ver con el clima frío de Caripe, así que cuando llegamos a casa a dejar las cosas ya mi esposo tenía en mente otra cosa que no era quedarnos allí.

time with my father-in-law, whose birthday it was that day. Then we went back to continue our vacation. When we arrived, the heat of the city hit us hard, nothing like the cool weather in Caripe, so when we got home to drop off our things, my husband already had something else in mind other than staying there.

La Playa!!! nos fuimos a la playa que literalmente nos queda a unos escasos 10 minutos, invitamos a nuestros hijos pero ellos tenían otros planes así que solo nos fuimos el y yo. Cuando llegamos ya el ambiente como cada domingo estaba prendido, música, risas, bailes y nosotros nos ubicamos en uno de los tantos Kioscos que brindar servicio de comidas y bebidas y pedimos las tradicionales espumosas para combatir un poco el calorcito.
The beach!!! We went to the beach, which is literally just 10 minutes away. We invited our children, but they had other plans, so just the two of us went. When we arrived, the atmosphere was lively, as it is every Sunday, with music, laughter, and dancing. We found a spot at one of the many kiosks that serve food and drinks and ordered the traditional sparkling drinks to combat the heat a little.

Como siempre disfruté de una ricas torrejas, ya que no puedo dejar de comprar aunque sea una porque es para mí una regla jajaja, son muy ricas. Además colaboro con el emprendimiento de esas personas que por tantos años llevan haciendolas.
As always, I enjoyed some delicious torrejas, since I can't help buying at least one because it's a rule for me, ha ha ha, they're so delicious. I also support the business of these people who have been making them for so many years.

Pasadas dos horas allí, el hambre nos golpeó y como no pude preparar nada en casa por lo rápido que salimos decidimos preguntar a la encargada si tenían algo para picar como decimos acá tipo pasapalos, y que tal que nos sorprendieron con una deliciosa parrilla mar y tierra que según ella era la pequeña. Una verdadera delicia: Pollo, Carne, mariscos: pulpo, pepitona, lurias, langostinos y pimentón verde y rojo en tiras, todo sutilmente preparados con un sabor a mar, a playa, que nos cautivó, como ven los langostinos, que mi esposo me aclaró que no son calamares, estaban deliciosos y la cantidad de toda esta proteína super sustanciosa, todo esto fue acompañado con papas fritas, tres arepitas fritas y los populares tostones con queso, todo una divinidadad jajaja.
After two hours there, we got hungry, and since I couldn't prepare anything at home because we left so quickly, we decided to ask the manager if they had anything to snack on, and they surprised us with a delicious surf and turf grill, which she said was the small one. It was truly delicious: chicken, beef, seafood (octopus, pepitona, lurias, prawns, and green and red peppers cut into strips), all subtly prepared with a taste of the sea and the beach that captivated us. As you can see, the langostinos, which my husband clarified are not squid, were delicious, and the amount of all this super-substantial protein was accompanied by French fries, three fried arepas, and the popular tostones with cheese. It was all divine, ha ha ha.

Yo no pude comer más porque estaba más que satisfecha, bien puede servir este plato para tres personas que coman moderado, mi esposo tuvo que darle y darle para terminarla y luego quedó a reventar pero feliz. Muy buenas de verdad estas parrillas, muy completas y sustanciosas por tan solo 15$, no dudaría en volver y pedirla nuevamente por lo que las recomiendo al 100% para aquellas personas de Cumaná que acostumbrar venir a Playa Los Bordones y para aquellos turistas que visiten Cumaná. saludos amigos y nos leemos pronto.
I couldn't eat any more because I was more than satisfied. This dish could easily serve three people who eat moderately. My husband had to keep eating and eating to finish it and then he was stuffed but happy. These grills are really good, very complete and substantial for only $15. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and order it again, so I recommend them 100% for those people from Cumaná who are used to coming to Playa Los Bordones and for those tourists who visit Cumaná.
