Feliz y bendecido lunes para todos en @needleworkmonday, espero que su fin de semana haya sido muy reconfortante. Mis vacaciones me tienen un poco alejada de la costura ya que no me encuentro en casa pero hoy les comparto un proyecto con una de las telas que más me gusta trabajar por su textura, elasticidad y colores como es la RIB, en esta ocasión realicé un mono que necesitaban para usar en un taller al aire libre y ya que esta tela es super cómoda se la recomendé a mi amiga.

My vacation has kept me away from sewing a bit since I'm not at home, but today I'm sharing a project with one of my favorite fabrics to work with because of its texture, elasticity, and colors: RIB. This time, I made a jumpsuit that was needed for an outdoor workshop, and since this fabric is super comfortable, I recommended it to my friend.

Luego comenzamos haciendo costura por el tiro delantero y trasero para formar la pieza delantera y trasera del pantalón.

Para la pretina o cintura tomamos una pieza rectangular que tendrá las tres cuartas partes de la cintura total de la prenda, unimos en los extremos doblamos a la mitad y la cosemos por toda la cintura del pantalón. Luego tomé una tira y formé un cordón que metí por la pretina de manera de ajustar más en caso que se sintiera ancho en la cintura.
For the waistband, we take a rectangular piece that is three-quarters of the total waist of the garment, join the ends, fold it in half, and sew it around the entire waist of the pants. Then I took a strip and formed a cord that I inserted into the waistband so that it could be adjusted if it felt too loose at the waist.---

Así terminé este mono en tela RIB muy cómodo y lindo en color verde árbol.
