Feliz día amigos, llegó la navidad y con ella los compartir en empresas, centros educativos y más, por la temporada como tal o porque algunos cierren sus puertas y toman vacaciones. Por lo regular acostumbramos llevar algún pasapalo, Dibs o algún pasabocas para degustar y disfrutar el momentos con amigos y compañeros y así desearles los mejores deseos en estas festividades.
Hace unos días preparé unas ricas empanaditas de harina de trigo para merendar en la tarde y como se acerca el compartir en la oficina espero poder prepararlas nuevamente ya que es una excelente opción, por su rico sabor y lo fáciles de preparar, además de lo rendidoras que resultan ser.

We usually take a snack, Dibs or some snacks to enjoy the moments with friends and colleagues and wish them the best wishes for the holidays.
A few days ago I prepared some delicious wheat flour empanaditas for an afternoon snack and as we are about to share in the office I hope to prepare them again as it is an excellent choice, for its rich flavor and how easy to prepare, besides how yielding they are.

- 1/2 kg de Harina de trigo.
- 3 Cucharadas de mantequilla.
- 2 Huevos.
- 3 cucharadas de Azúcar.
- 1/2 taza de agua tibia.
- 1/2 kg of wheat flour.
- 3 tablespoons of butter.
- 2 eggs.
- 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- 1/2 cup of warm water.

In a bowl add the wheat flour and the three tablespoons of butter, with the help of a wooden paddle mix well.---

Agregamos luego el azúcar y los huevos, seguimos mezclando con la paleta hasta integrar bien.
Then add the sugar and the eggs, continue mixing with the paddle until well integrated.---



Now add half a cup of warm water, this will make the dough smoother in less time. After adding the water we knead with our hands until the dough does not stick to our hands, then we let it rest for about an hour, although the longer it rests the better it will be.---


After the resting time, we take the dough to a clean table and with the help of a rolling pin we stretch it according to the thickness we want. With the help of a circular container we form our dough discs.---


Add the filling we have at that moment to the disks, in my case I used grated white cheese, fold and seal the edges with the help of a fork.---

Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat, cook on both sides and remove from the pan, letting the excess oil drip off and then enjoy them.---



The flavor of this dough is very rich and to the touch when we taste it is very soft, the truth is an excellent option if we do not want to incur in expenses when we have a meeting with friends, meetings at work.--- Espero les guste esta manera de preparar empanadas de harina de trigo y las puedan disfrutar con sus seres queridos.
