Feliz lunes de aguja queridos amigos de @needleworkmonday, espero se encuentren bien y su fin de semana haya estado relajado y reconfortante. Inicie la confección de conjuntos deportivos ya que mi hija se encuentra asistiendo al Gimnasio y me sale más económico hacerle sus prendas para ejercitarse que comprarlas en tiendas. Ella buscó algunos modelos y traté de crearlos lo más parecido posible.
Poco a Poco estaré mostrándoles la confección de cada pieza de los conjuntos que en total fueron dos, ambos en color negro que es su color favorito, para mí el negro es un problema ya que debido a mis problemas de presbicia debo coserlo de día por que ya en la noche no distingo el derecho y el revés en algunos tipos de tela negra y peor si debo descoser jajaja. Para el primer conjunto usamos Lycra y el día de hoy les muestro la confección del short que tiene un modelo muy lindo actual y muy coqueto.

I started making sports outfits as my daughter is going to the gym and it's cheaper to make her workout clothes than to buy them in shops. She looked for some models and I tried to create them as similar as possible.
Little by little I will be showing you the making of each piece of the sets that in total were two, both in black which is her favourite colour, for me black is a problem because due to my presbyopia problems I have to sew it during the day because at night I can't distinguish the right and the back in some types of black fabric and worse if I have to unpick it hahaha. For the first outfit we used Lycra and today I show you the making of the shorts which have a very cute and flirty pattern.

I cut the pieces which were: two front pieces, two back pieces, one piece for the waistband and two essential pieces to place inside the sides to form the gathering which is the main detail of this design.---

Comencé cosiendo una pieza delantera con una trasera por los costado, use costura recta, después zigzag. y luego hice el ruedo.
I started by sewing a front piece with a back piece on the sides, I used straight stitching, then zigzag stitching, and then I made the hem.---
I then sewed the rectangular piece on the inside, exactly in the same place as the side seam and made the channels where I will pass strips and then gather. I did the same with the other front and back piece for the other leg of the shorts.---

Luego pasé costura por los tiros delanteros y traseros e hice las tiras que luego introduje por los canales que trabajamos a los costados del short. Esto lo hice antes de colocar el fajín.
Then I sewed through the front and back straps and made the strips, which I then put through the channels we worked on the sides of the shorts. I did this before attaching the sash.---
I took the ends of the sash and sewed them on the back, then I folded the ends to find the backs and sewed the sash all around the waistband of the shorts. as the fabric is stresh this seam as well as the hem, I did it in zigzag, stretching the fabric when sewing so that the seam doesn't break when putting on the garment.---

Listo este lindo short con ruches a los lados para estar lindas durante los ejercicios en el gym.
Ready this nice shorts with ruches on the sides to be pretty during the exercises in the gym.--- Este conjunto va con una cotilla también en tela lycra muy sencilla que luego les muestro su confección y así puedan crear sus propios outfits para hacer sus ejercicios y mantenerse lindas y saludables. espero les guste esta propuesta de short y nos leemos pronto.
