Feliz día amigos de @foodiesbeehive, terminaron las vacaciones y ya regresé a Cumaná para organizar todo y volver a la oficina, como me quedan unos días aún hoy quise preparar un almuerzo muy oriental característico de esta ciudad Sopa de Pescado, una comida que en Caripe es difícil de degustar ya que el pescado es costoso allá y acá lo tenemos más asequible en todo sentido.
Conseguí Atún Medregal un tipo de pescado que me encanta y aunque frito es delicioso hoy quise sopa que igual con este pescado es deliciosa, además que sorprendería a mi esposo que tenía días sin comer una de sus sopas favoritas.

Since I still have a few days left, I wanted to prepare a very oriental lunch that is characteristic of this city: fish soup, a dish that is difficult to find in Caripe because fish is expensive there, whereas here it is more affordable in every sense.
I found yellowfin tuna, a type of fish that I love, and although it is delicious fried, today I wanted soup, which is also delicious with this fish. Plus, it would surprise my husband, who hadn't eaten one of his favorite soups in days.

- 1 Atún Medregal de aproximadamente 1 kilo.
- Kilo y medio de vitualla o verduras.
- 2 Limones.
- 2 cebollas.
- 80 gr. de ají dulce.
- Sal y ajo.
- 1 yellowfin tuna weighing approximately 1 kilo.
- 1.5 kilos of vegetables.
- 2 lemons.
- 2 onions.
- 80 grams of sweet chili peppers.
- Salt and garlic.

I placed the fish in a plastic container and added 8 chopped chili peppers and 10 crushed garlic cloves, as well as a tablespoon of salt. I stirred it and left it to marinate.---



I placed a pot on the stove with enough water and added 5 chili peppers and the two roughly chopped onions. When the water boiled, I added the vegetables to soften them.---


When the vegetables began to soften, I added the marinated fish with all its ingredients, covered the pot, and let it cook so that the vegetables would finish softening and the fish would release all its flavor.---

Five minutes before turning off the heat, add the juice of two lemons and adjust the salt and garlic if necessary.---




Once the soup is ready, we serve and enjoy it with cassava bread, avocado, and more lemon.
