Hello, dear friends of this Community. I'm María Karla, a flutist and singer, and today I want to share a little about the project I'm working on; and no, it's not a band, or a project as such, it's nothing more and nothing less than my future. This may sound a bit "normal" since I think everyone obviously has future plans, but I want to talk to you not just about a simple plan like spending my next vacation in Cancun, lol, but about my future plans as a musician.
Well, I think we all know that the life of an artist isn't that easy, specifically that of a musician, since we live in a society that, unfortunately, despite the passage of time and the fact that we're in the 21st century, still discriminates against musicians. That is, they consider them inferior, or simply that what we do isn't a job in the full sense of the word, but rather a hobby. But, well, that's another topic that should be covered in a separate, comprehensive section. Right now, I'm working on my future, on my musical career. I want to establish myself as a professional singer, and although I'm currently a flutist, I knew from a very young age that my future would be singing. I've always dreamed of being a world-renowned singer, taking my Cuban roots all over the world.
Today, I'm very far from that dream, but step by step, I'm making my future a little closer to what I once dreamed of as a child. One of those steps has been finding Hive. Yes, here I can elevate my art to its full splendor, and I consider it a job, since if I'm generating profits, it obviously encompasses the full sense of the word. I'm investing my future in this platform. Improving the quality of my work tools and acquiring new ones, finding a space where I can do that work with quality, being able to appreciate the art of other artists and collaborate with them—all of this and more is part of my future, and thanks to Hive Web3, I'm making it a reality. El proyecto en el que estoy trabajando.
Hola queridos amigos de esta Comunidad. Soy María Karla, flautista y cantante, y hoy quiero compartirles un poco sobre el proyecto en el que estoy trabajando; y no, no es una agrupación, o un proyecto como tal, es nada más y nada menos que, mi futuro. Esto puede sonar un poco "normal" ya creo que todas las personas tienen planes futuros obviamente, pero quiero hablarles no sólo de un simple plan como por ejemplo pasar las próximas vacaciones en Cancún, jjj, sino de mis planes futuros como músico que soy. Pues bien, creo que todos sabemos que la vida del artista no es tan fácil, específicamente del músico, ya que vivimos en una sociedad que desgraciadamente y a pesar del paso del tiempo y de que estamos en el siglo XXI, todavía sigue discriminando a los músicos, o sea, viéndolos de menos o que simplemente lo que hacemos no es un trabajo en todo el sentido de la palabra, sino un hobbie. Pero bueno ese es otro tema que se debería de abarcar en una amplia sección a parte. Ahora mismo, estoy trabajando en mi futuro, en mi carrera musical. Quiero consolidarme como una cantante profesional, y aunque hoy soy flautista, desde muy pequeña supe que mi futuro sería cantando. Siempre he soñado con ser una cantante reconocida mundialmente llevando mis raíces cubanas por todo el mundo. Hoy en día estoy muy lejos de ese sueño, pero paso a paso voy haciendo que mi futuro se acerque un poco más a lo que un día soñé de niña. Uno de esos pasos ha sido encontrar Hive, pues sí, aquí puedo elevar mi arte hacia todo su esplendor, y lo considero un trabajo, ya que si estoy generando ganancias, obviamente abarca todo el sentido de la palabra; estoy invirtiendo mi futuro en esta plataforma. Mejorar la calidad de mis instrumentos de trabajo y obtener otros nuevos, encontrar un espacio donde efectuar con calidad ese trabajo, poder apreciar el arte de otros artistas y colaborar con ellos, todo esto y más forma parte de mi futuro, y gracias a Hive Web3 lo estoy haciendo realidad.
