Today I got ready early, took my daughter to school, had breakfast, and went out with my dad to a microbiology laboratory that he had never visited before. We left home early to find the address, as transport to the area where the health centre is located is infrequent.
We arrived at the laboratory, and I loved the décor, which alluded to Venezuela's national flower, the orchid. There were natural plants and instrumental music playing in the background to set the mood.
My dad gave his details and was asked if he had followed the instructions for the nasal secretion culture, which were not to take antibiotics for at least three days, not to apply any ointments to the area and not to clean it beforehand. He said that he had complied with the instructions.
After paying, they took the sample and the results will be ready on 6 November. We said goodbye. He went to the place where they were going to do the CT scan, and I found out that it is damaged, so we have to find another place to do it.
I saw a shop that had a section for Halloween items, and I remembered that it is the last day of the celebration, when some people buy items for their homes, offices, restaurants... and put on a show.
We are now just hours away from the end of the month, so we have to keep going. I got home and made lunch. My daughters and I got ready to attend an invitation.
The place I went to is close to where my daughters study. The activity was dedicated to women, and its slogan was "Woman, inner beauty." They wrote us down on a list and I gave the name of the teacher who invited me. They gave us a phrase with a cord, which I put around my neck.
We took photos in the space decorated for women, then we took our seats. The activity began with a welcome, there were songs and activities, as well as icebreaker games.

Nine beautiful women delighted us with a catwalk, wearing sashes representing love, joy, faith, patience, kindness, gentleness, goodness, temperance, and peace. Each lady spoke about her phrase, then explained what inner beauty is all about.
It is something intrinsic, something you have inside you that makes you special and unique to others. There are people who value external beauty, who are guided by clothing, the car you drive, the trips you take, accessories...
But of all these things, what really matters is being a woman of noble sentiments, humble, generous, respectful, without vanity... We were told about breast cancer. Even though it was celebrated a few days ago, it is never too late to take precautions so that it does not affect us.

Hoy me arreglé bien temprano, llevé a mi hija a la escuela, me vine a desayunar para salir con mi papá a un laboratorio de microbiología que nunca se había visitado. Salimos más temprano de la casa para buscar la dirección, para la zona donde se encuentra el centro de salud el transporte no es frecuente.
Se llegó al laboratorio, me encantó la decoración haciendo alusión a la flor nacional de Venezuela que es la orquídea. Había plantas naturales y una música instrumental de fondo para ambientar el lugar.
Mi papá dio sus datos, le preguntaron si había seguido las indicaciones para hacerse el cultivo de secreción nasal que era no consumir antibióticos por lo menos tres días, no haberse aplicado pomadas en el área y sin una previa limpieza, a lo que manifestó que cumplió con lo indicado.
Luego de pagar, le tomaron la muestra y la fecha de entrega de resultados es el 6 de noviembre, nos despedimos. Se pasó por dónde le van a hacer la tomografía, me enteré de que está dañado, toca buscar otro lugar para sacarla.
Vi un negocio que tenía un espacio para artículos de Halloween, me recordé que se está en el último día de la celebración, algunas personas compran objetos para sus casas, oficinas, restaurantes... y hacen show.
Ya estamos a horas de que termine el mes, así que hay que seguir adelante, llegué a la casa e hice almuerzo. Y mis hijas y yo nos arreglamos para asistir a una invitación.
Al sitio al que fui queda cerca donde estudian mis hijas, la actividad era dedicada a la mujer, tuvo como lema Mujer, belleza interior. Nos anotaron en una lista y di el nombre de la maestra que me invitó, nos dieron una frase con un cordón que yo me la coloqué en el cuello.
Nos tomamos fotos en el espacio decorado alusivo para la mujer, luego nos ubicamos en los asientos. Inaugura la actividad con la bienvenida, hubo canciones y dinámicas, además de juegos para romper el hielo.

Nueve hermosas mujeres, nos deleitaron con una pasarela, tenían la banda del amor, gozo, fe,paciencia, benignidad,mancedumbre,bondad, templanza, paz. Nos habló cada dama de su frase, luego se explicó de qué trata la belleza interior.
Es algo intrínseco es lo que tu tienes adentro y te hace especial y único ante los demás. Hay personas que toman en cuenta la belleza externa, se dejan guiar por la vestimenta, el carro que tiene, los viajes, accesorios...
Pero de todo lo mencionado, lo que vale la pena es ser una mujer de nobles sentimientos, humilde,generosa,respetuosa, sin vanidad... Se nos hablo del cancer de mamá, a pesar de que se celebró días atrás, nunca es tarde prevenir para que no nos alcance.

Al final nos regalaron tequeño,jugo y un marca libro con una frase que dice lo siguiente cuando tenemos belleza interior, llevamos la belleza a todas partes.

Es lo más verdadero que leí cuando aplicas los valores los demás se sienten bien contigo. Tu paz,alegría, empatia, va a todo lugar que la bellelleza interior no se alejé.
