This time I share with you a step by step guide on how you can give life to a small wooden box, going from simple to something with more style and color, you can find this decoration model on Pinterest Small box I really loved this home project, it is beautiful and useful.

Para decorar esta cajita no se necesita muchos materiales, he visto que varias personas de la comunidad se destacan en la costura así que si te ha sobrado un poquito de tela mejor aún, yo como no tenía una tela en el Castillo de Barquisimeto compré medio metro en 0.50$ yo quedé impresionada porque me pareció muy económico además el modelo es súper bonito. Puedes decorar con diferentes materiales como cinta, flores artificiales, lazos, así que si tienes una cajita que vayas a desechar no lo hagas, y transformala para darle un uso, a continuación los materiales y paso a paso.

To decorate this little box, you don't need many materials. I've seen that several people in the community excel at sewing, so if you have a little leftover fabric, even better. Since I didn't have any fabric at the Barquisimeto Castle, I bought half a meter for $0.50. I was impressed because it seemed very economical, and the pattern is super pretty. You can decorate it with different materials like ribbon, artificial flowers, bows. So, if you have a little box that you're going to throw away, don't do it. Transform it to give it a new use. Paso a paso / Step by step

El primer paso que voy a realizar será medir y cortar un cuadrito de cartón que nos sirva para colocar en el fondo de la cajita.

Seguido de esto voy a cortar una franja delgada de tela, vamos a pegar de afuera en todo el borde y el resto de tela quedará hacia dentro de la caja.

The first step I'm going to take is to measure and cut a small square of cardboard that we'll use to place on the bottom of the box.

After this, I'm going to cut a thin strip of fabric. We'll glue it around the outside edge, and the remaining fabric will remain on the inside of the box.

Una vez que terminemos de pegar, voy a unir la tela sobrante y la voy acomodar en el centro de ser posible colocamos unos puntos de silicón, el cuadrito de cartón que cortamos también lo vamos a cubrir con la tela, pegamos con silicón caliente.

Once we finish gluing, I'm going to join the leftover fabric and place it in the center, if possible. We place some silicone dots. We're also going to cover the cardboard square we cut with the fabric. We glue it with hot silicone.

Este cuadrito lo vamos a colocar en el fondo de la cajita, ahora en todo el borde de la tela voy a comenzar a pegar el mecatillo cubriendo casi hasta el final, este paso lo realizamos con mucha paciencia.

We're going to place this little square on the bottom of the box. Now, I'm going to start gluing the string around the entire edge of the fabric, covering it almost to the end. We'll do this step with a lot of patience.

Luego voy a pegar en el borde final la cinta de encaje y consigo mismo realizamos un pequeño lazo blanco y ubicamos en el centro, de esta forma culminé la decoración de la cajita de forma fácil y rápida.

Then I'm going to glue the lace ribbon to the final edge and with it we make a small white bow and place it in the center. This way I completed the decoration of the little box easily and quickly.
