Good morning, my friends at #FamilyFrein. It is a pleasure to be with you again, sharing pleasant experiences with family and friends. 
Wednesday, while talking with my husband, I suggested we go for a walk on the beach and have breakfast outdoors to change our surroundings and pace of life, since we are both on vacation and what better time to treat ourselves to this gift in the midst of nature. Breathing fresh air is very good and rewarding for optimal health. That's why making this decision was the best thing to do.
The beach we decided to visit is located on the outskirts of the city of Cumaná, Sucre, and is called El Peñón. Generally, many families gather there to spend time together in the summer and take their children, because it is characterized by having a low sea level for a considerable distance.
We got up very early on Thursday. While I prepared some arepas and coffee, my husband did other things so we could leave on time, as we had to catch a bus that would take us to this magical and wonderful place. We got everything ready and left. When we got there, we got off in the village of El Peñón and walked a good distance, which served as physical exercise. Along the way, there were fish vendors, most of whom were engaged in artisanal fishing, which is how most of the families who live here make their living.
On our walk, we also came across stalls selling fresh juices, and since we had only brought coffee to drink, we decided to buy a bottle of mango and pineapple juice that looked delicious. So we bought a bottle to complement our breakfast.
When we arrived at the beach, the beach looked beautiful. A cool breeze was blowing, even though it was summer. On the walk, I saw seagulls and other species of birds walking along the shore, digging small animals out of the sand to eat. They looked very funny. In the distance, I could see fishermen in their boats, doing their morning work. We took a few breaths at the edge of the beach before having breakfast, which I thought was very nice. Then we went to some churuata-style huts on the site to eat and enjoy the juice that looked so tasty, chat, and laugh for a while.
I thank God for granting me and allowing me this beautiful moment to share with my husband and enjoy all the beauty that nature offers us.

Buenos días a mis amigos de Family&Frein, es un gusto estar nuevamente con ustedes compartiendo experiencias gratas con familiares y amigos.
El día miercoles, conversando con mi esposo, le propuse irnos de paseo a la playa y desayunar al aire libre para cambiar de ambiente y el ritmo de vida, ya que los dos nos encontramos de vacaciones y qué mejor momento para darnos este regalo en medio de la naturaleza. Respirar aire fresco es muy bueno y gratificante para llevar una salud óptima. Es por esto que tomar esta decisión fue la mejor.
La playa a la que decidimos visitar queda en las afueras de la ciudad de Cumaná, Sucre, que lleva por nombre El Peñón. Generalmente, allí se reúnen muchas familias para compartir en el verano y llevar a los más pequeños, debido a que esta se caracteriza por tener un bajo nivel de mar, hacia una distancia considerable.
Nos levantamos el dia jueves muy temprano. Mientras yo preparaba unas arepas y el café, mi esposo hacía otras cosas para poder salir a la hora, ya que teníamos que tomar un bus que nos llevaría hasta este lugar mágico y maravilloso. Preparamos todo y salimos. Al llegar allá, nos bajamos en el pueblo del Peñón, caminamos un buen trecho, lo cual nos sirvió de ejercicio físico. En el camino había vendedores de pescado, la mayoría dedicado a la pesca artesanal, de la cual se sustentan la mayoría de las familias que viven aquí.
En nuestro recorrido también nos encontramos con ventas de jugos naturales, y, como nosotros, solo habíamos llevado de bebida café, decidimos comprar una botella de jugo de mango con piña que se veían muy deliciosos. Así que compramos una botella para complementar nuestro desayuno.
Al llegar a la playa esta se veía muy hermosa, soplaba una brisa fría, a pesar de que estamos en tiempo de verano, en la caminata me encontré con gaviotas y otras especies de pájaros que caminaban por la orilla, sacando de la arena animalitos los cuales se comían, estos se veían muy graciosos. A lo lejos se veían los pescadores en sus botes, realizando su faena mañanera. Hicimos unas respiraciones a la orilla de la playa antes de tomar el desayuno, lo cual me pareció muy bien. Luego nos fuimos a unas casitas tipo churuatas que se encuentran en el sitio para comer y deleitarnos el jugo que se veía tan sabroso, conversar y reírnos un rato.
Doy gracias a Dios por haberme concedido y permitido este bello momento para compartir con mi esposo y disfrutar de todas las bellezas que nos ofrece la naturaleza.
