En la comunidad donde vivo, veo todos los días pasar a algunos choferes del transporte público a gran velocidad. Esto me da hasta miedo, porque creo que van a chocar con algún vehículo o casa. In my social circle, I have encountered individuals who uplift me and make me feel comfortable. This occurs when I demonstrate that I am an authentic, cheerful, patient, and, above all, caring person toward others. However, on the other hand, I encounter another group that makes me feel uncomfortable by attempting to overshadow me in order to lower my self-esteem, given their way of thinking and the type of upbringing they had in their lives. Every day I see this society becoming more fractured.
Adaptarse a esta sociedad hoy en día me llena de grandes desaciertos, debido a la forma de pensar de ciertas personas en su accionar diario y en el trato a algunas personas. He notado con gran preocupación como se maltrata al adulto mayor. ¿Generalmente, esto se debe a causas diversas; puede ser porque ya envejecieron y el familiar no tiene la paciencia suficiente para darle el amor y el cariño que ellos necesitan? Hace poco escuchaba por radio que más de 30 abuelitos del Asilo de Ancianos estaban en malas condiciones, unos por falta de medicamentos, otros porque no llevan una dieta balanceada, de igual modo, les afecta la ausencia de sus familiares y debido a esto caen en depresión unos más y otros menos.

I recently heard on the radio that more than 30 elderly people in a nursing home were in poor condition, some due to a lack of medication, others because they do not have a balanced diet. Similarly, they are affected by the absence of their relatives and, because of this, some fall into depression more than others.
Cuando hablamos de la moda, nos encontramos con personas que visten a su gusto, y no están pendientes de lo actual, simplemente se sienten bien con ellos mismos y no les preocupa ni le dan importancia al que dirán. Hace poco en mi ida al supermercado me tropecé con una chica que iba vestida de una manera muy llamativa, llevaba su pelo rojo, que cuando le pegaba el sol se hacía muy intenso, pero ella se veía feliz y muy segura de sí. También veo hombres con el pelo largo, otros usan zarcillos, otros tatuajes y así se mueve esta sociedad. Pero hay algo que he aprendido y siempre lo pongo en práctica que es no juzgar a los demás. Pienso que se debe respetar la forma de pensar y las decisiones de cada quien decida para su vida mientras no le haga daño a nadie. Lo importante es que esa persona sea de buen corazón y alma.

They simply feel good about themselves and are not worried about what others might say. Recently, on my way to the supermarket, I ran into a girl who was dressed in a very striking way. She had red hair, which looked very intense when the sun hit it, but she looked happy and very confident. I also see men with long hair, others wearing earrings, others with tattoos, and that's how society works. But there is something I have learned and always put into practice, which is not to judge others. I think we should respect everyone's way of thinking and the decisions they make for their lives as long as they do not harm anyone. The important thing is that that person has a good heart and soul.
