Those who follow me know that I really like cooking, I really enjoy cooking, especially when it comes to making desserts, so I couldn't help but participate and share with everyone a delicious and very easy recipe. I'm telling you about it. An Oreo Cake with Chantilly Cream. With very few ingredients, we'll make an exquisite cake. Let's start with the step-by-step instructions.
Delicious Oreo Cake with Chantilly Cream

2 Cups of all-purpose flour.

3 Eggs.

150g butter.

1 Cup of brown sugar, or white sugar, whatever you have at home.

3/4 Cup of milk.

1 Tablespoon of vanilla.

2 teaspoons of baking powder.

A package of Oreo cookies; you can use more if you prefer.

For the Chantilly cream, I always use instant whipped cream, approximately 200ml. It comes ready to whip.
Process:
1- In the bowl of a mixer, add the sugar, butter, and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until the mixture becomes creamy.

2- When the mixture is creamy, add the eggs one at a time and continue mixing until everything is well combined.

3- Next, add the flour, previously mixed with the baking powder and sifted. Add half of it with half of the milk and beat a little. Then, when I add the other half of the flour and milk, remove the bowl from the mixer and mix with a spatula, using circular motions, until the cake mixture is smooth and lump-free.

4- When the cake mix is ready, add half the package of crushed cookies, mix well, and pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until It's golden brown. You can also poke it with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

5- Once the time has passed, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. To fill it, cut it into two equal halves and fill it with the cream, adding a few more cookies and decorating with the same Chantilly cream. And that's it, enjoy this delicious cake.
