Saludos a la comunidad de SWC. Espero se encuentren muy bien. Comparto con ustedes fotografías de la edición anual de Sets and Reps - Competencia de Calistenia, evento organizado por SWC que se llevó a cabo el 30 de marzo del año en curso, en el Circuito de Barras del Parque Tiquire Flores, municipio José Rafael Revenga, estado Aragua, Venezuela. Seps and Reps es una competencia nacional abierta en la cual participaron atletas de varios estados del país en las categorías Principiante y Avanzado, respectivamente. En la competencia 36 atletas en escena; 20 atletas de la categoría Principiante y 16 atletas de la categoría Avanzado.
Los atletas realizaron una excelente ejecución donde la fuerza, la resistencia y la adrenalina estuvieron presentes durante toda la competencia. Participaron atletas de varios municipios del estado Aragua y de varios estados de Venezuela; entre los cuales están, Carabobo, Distrito Capital y Zulia.
En cada categoría se llevó a cabo una Ronda Clasificatoria y una Ronda Final. Los atletas llevaron a cabo su puesta en escena de acuerdo a rondas establecidas y circuitos cronometrados. Fueron evaluados por 4 Jueces: @ashura-sw, @johnlinares, @isaaccrsw y @stypaternina. De la Ronda Clasificatoria, pasaron a la Ronda Final los 10 atletas con las mayores puntuaciones. En la Ronda Final, se definió el Podium para cada categoría. Los 3 atletas con las mayores puntuaciones fueron los que lograron estar en el Podium de Sets and Reps. La Mesa Técnica conformada por @joscar-sw, @aestrals y @nestorrdz-30 realizó un excelente trabajo en el registro de la información.
Después de varias horas de mucha adrenalina, acción y altas temperaturas en las barras y en el piso, se materializó la definición del Podium. En la categoría Principiante fueron parte del Podium Juan Blanco, Anthony Graterol y Jonatan Ramírez, respectivamente. En la categoría Avanzado, el Podium quedó definido por Víctor Márquez, Luis Maguiña y @carlossaw.

Seps and Reps is an open national competition in which athletes from various states of the country participated in the Beginner and Advanced categories, respectively. In the competition 36 athletes on stage; 20 athletes from the Beginner category and 16 athletes from the Advanced category.
