How to overcome Depression and anxiety biblically.
According to the book of (Philippines 5) says to have no anxiety about anything. But in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God, this verse shows whatever we are passing through in this life we should make our request known to God.
For us to overcome Depression and anxiety we need to believe in God and be prayerful because in doing this you're made your request known to God, because without God it is very difficult to overcome Depression and anxiety.
According to bro Eli in his teaching, said many people in this life are fear to die, and death is mandatory for everyone living on earth and he said that Dying is like graduating from University with honours he said when you're graduating you will be happy, he said that how dying is for every believer of God.
To die in Christ is to live forever, according to the Bible. But I know that this is not easy for everybody to accept. according to Eccle 5 says for the leaving know that they shall die but dead know, not anything neither, have they any reward for the memory of them is forgotten.
As believers, what we should know is that we must understand the peace of God, which passes the understanding of physicians, doctors that can contribute to your depression, but what you should know is that to have faith in God, that's when you will have peace of God in your heart to overcome depression and anxiety. Brethren let keep our faith in God because without him we are nothing.
