๐ฆถ Movement Log Started the day tired, but I showed up for myself. A steady walk kept my body awake and my mind calmer. Wrapped the day at 7,601 steps โ not a record, but forward is forward.
๐ฅ Diet Journal Focused on protein today. Eggs, chicken, and some beans made for simple, solid fuel.
๐ Daily Highlight A small win in the afternoon โ checked off a task Iโd been avoiding. It gave the day more value than the step count.
๐ง Real Talk Not my best, but I moved. Every step was proof that slow progress is still progress.
