🗓️ The Motion Season – August 8, 2025 Theme: Push Through the Clutter
🦶 Movement Log Started the day energized and got straight into it. Most of the movement came from intense house tasks — organizing, lifting, sorting. It was physical, it was real. Closed the day strong with 14,978 steps and a deep sense of earned fatigue.
🥗 Diet Journal Kept it light and clean today. A colorful salad with grilled veggies and a splash of olive oil. No heaviness, just fuel.
🌟 Daily Highlight Had an annoying situation with a broken shelf halfway through cleaning. Delayed things, but didn’t ruin the flow. Fixed it. Moved on.
🧠 Real Talk Not my best, but I moved — in more ways than one. Progress isn’t always smooth, but it’s always worth the mess.
