By the afternoon, I added another session outdoors, this time a bit quicker, with a deliberate pace that brought me closer to the day’s goal. In the evening, a final short walk wrapped things up, pushing the total to just under 16k.

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with honey, walnuts, and blueberries
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast with brown rice and steamed broccoli
Dinner: Vegetable stir-fry with tofu and whole-grain noodles
Meals were light, energizing, and perfectly suited to keep the rhythm of motion.
💭 Reflection
Crossing 15,870 steps wasn’t about speed but about balance. The day flowed with natural breaks for walking, eating, and resting. Every step contributed to a sense of stability — proof that progress doesn’t need to be rushed, only sustained.
