In the afternoon, I went out for a dedicated 45-minute walk — the kind that’s more about clearing the mind than chasing numbers. The pace was easy, the air mild, and the day perfectly balanced.

Breakfast: Protein smoothie with banana, oats, and soy milk
Lunch: Quinoa salad with roasted vegetables and chickpeas
Dinner: Grilled fish with sweet potatoes and green beans
Nutrition stayed light but efficient — exactly what a day of steady, moderate movement calls for.
💭 Reflection
10,656 steps mark another consistent effort. The real progress isn’t just in the totals but in how natural motion has become. Movement is no longer something I plan — it’s simply how the day flows.
