Breaded Chicken with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
* 60 g of flour;
* salt - to taste;
* ground black pepper - to taste;
* 4–6 chicken thighs;
* 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil;
* 1 tablespoon butter;
* 60 ml of chicken broth ;
* creamy mushroom sauce.
Cooking
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Roll chicken thighs in flour mixture from all sides. Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat and fry the chicken until golden brown.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Spread chicken thighs in it in one layer sandpaper up and pour broth. Bake at 180 ° C for 20–30 minutes until the meat is cooked.
Put the chicken on the dish and pour the sauce.
