* 2 kg of pumpkin pulp; * 2 liters of water; * 160 g sugar; * Tsp citric acid.

Cooking


Cut the pumpkin in small pieces and place in a saucepan. Pour in water and cook under a lid on medium heat until the vegetable is soft.
