Today I will love to share this creative tutorial I made this lovely stylish gown for landlady, it’s a A shape gown with half way bubu style and I made use of 5 yards of lace fabrics.my landlady brought this style to me and when I saw I knew haven’t made such style before but I said to my self I will give it a trial and when I see online. Tutorial on how to cut this Style I made the dress and it look so elegant on her 😘.

I folded the lace into four then I measured the full length of the gown to be 57” after then I measured the burst plus 3” sewing and ease allowance, hips plus 3” allowance and the waistline plus 3” allowance. To get the V neckline plus the lace edge I cut out 2.5” width and 6” length then I cut in between the neckline and I join the open part of the front then cut out the back.

I cut out the back folding 1.5” Zipper allowance then place the front part to cut out the back.

After cutting the body of the dress I folded 26” length and width for the bubu part then while joining it I joined the shoulder first then I opened it up I measured 5” from the side and I chalk it the join across the mark line from shoulder to the hips line .
