Hello Foodies, I'm delighted to share with you all how I produce rich soybeans milk powder for my family, it's very good for babies and children as well.
Soybeans are highly nutritious, they provide high quality plant-based protein, vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and fiber too. It as well reduce the risks for certain cancers, blood pressure and improve healthy heart.
Ingredients are:- Soybeans Crayfish Groundnut Dry plantain Sugar.
When I got my soybeans from the market I select out the dirt first, Then I wash it properly and parboiled it for some minutes then pour it out into a sieve for the water to drip out, Then sprayed it out on the sun to dry and get ready for dry frying.
While waiting for the soybeans to be sundried, I start dry frying my crayfish, my dry plantain, on a low heat for just 5 minutes.then dry fried my Groundnut till it's okay, and peeled out the skin.
Then when my soybeans are dried I put it into a dry pot and start dry frying it on a very low heat, until it turns light brown and is good for consumption, then I poured it out into a pan for it to get cold.
After which I put everything together and go to the market to grind them all. firstly, the grinding machine will grind out the shaft and we blow it out, then put it back for proper grinding, and as well add my crayfish, plantain, sugar and groundnut comes last so that it won't stick inside the grinding machine.
So here comes your yummy soybeans milk powder, it can be taken as breakfast, just as coffee. It can also be added into a tea or pap too.
