My mental health is just as important as my physical health therapy cause we can't say we want to cheat the other party by balancing one and leaving the other party.

Last month I had to make the drastic decision to quit my work because the workload on me is much more than my physical health could take and we have a short time for a break which is roughly about 30 minutes after that we go back to our daily work. That's not the case alone night time which was meant for rest I come online and also have to work my reason for this my work doesn't pay me enough to survive so I also work at night which is draining me of my mental health also and in the morning I would be back to my normal job.

Even at weekends which I am meant to rest I would be at school am a part-timer so during nighttime I still dont rest I worked online how would one put it, the stress was too much just trying to survive.

If I am to sleep I get at least 4 hours minimum sleep my drastic decision was made, I was never given off days so if I am to ask they would say they will deduct it from my salary, and not that the pay was okay I just used it to sustain myself I had to choose which to balance my health or my work.

It was a tough decision for me the use about working and not even being able to take drugs or spend the money sometimes I feel like running insane during work hours can't even take pills cause it will demand my body to rest I just had to walk up to them and say I'm quitting cause it's affecting both my mental and physical health.

However, what are the ways to follow through with both of them since the work was choking me I can't even take off I had to quit and when I got home I got sick badly and am still recovery but at least can balance both my mental health and physical and also able to do my online work which has been sustaining me for how long.

My point is you can't cheat rest if your body is demanding it if your body needs it give it the rest that it demands. I later noticed it the work I was doing physically was the one affecting my mental health.

For now, I stick to one work, and when I feel much better plan is to start an entrepreneur I can't let myself be overused by physical labor to the extent of breaking down.

To strike a balance is to know what your body needs, rest is really essential for the body minimum of 8 hours of rest overusing your body to make ends meet is not worth it but giving the approximate rest needed can really make your brain function more effectively thank you.
