Whenever I see a prompt that matches my energy, I am always excited to write about it because this second week's prompt is just a perfect example of me. You will see why I am excited; the inspiration will keep pouring in.

Stress, in one word, is a result, and people like me would say I try as much as possible to find the easiest way of achieving the result without going through a lot of work just to come out with something positive. If there is a shortcut, I would definitely take it just to get my hands on the final result, but just as the saying goes, there is no shortcut to success.

The question bothering me is how we can live through stress without losing ourselves to it? I mean we have seen people pursuing success from an early age determined to spend their years on business and by the time they accumulate wealth they are already old and can't enjoy the wealth at an old age rather pass it on to their grandchildren or children to live their dreams for them. This kind thing happens a lot in our modern society these days.

So many of us see stress as a bad thing having to go all the way to have that one thing which you desire and at the end not able to make use of it although the real truth is as much as we hate stress it pushes us to grow and perform much better than before let think about it if we are to avoid anything stress how can we take risk, learn, evolve or never step out of our comfort zone.

Take for example a student just as myself preparing for exam ahead before the exam day and another just reading during the exam day, with these there is different performance from both students the one who had been preparing for exam before the exam day would definitely perform much better than the one who just started reading cause the one who just started reading is bound to fail simply because there was no preparation ahead is trying to scale through the stress of reading and performing miracles on the exam day.

The truth is, avoiding stress completely is impossible. What we can do in situations is learn to manage them. Managing stress doesn’t mean ignoring your problems or pretending everything’s fine. It means developing the right mindset and habits to handle challenges without letting them overwhelm you. It’s about finding a balance between both.

First step of action should start by observing what triggers your action being stressed out it could be relationships, financial worries, family, or self-doubt. Once you can identify that you can face it head-on. You might not be able to remove every source of stress but it helps ease the stress. e.g if I'm stressed out about something I usually eat, pray, sleep, play music, chat with someone just to ease that stress a little, and can work on achieving the result.

At the end of the day, life isn't about avoiding stress but mastering it learn to endure and be one with it. Even role models people we look up to also pass through stress at some point. Let's stop here the inspiration has run wild again.
