When it comes to business running a business sound easy to people until you start facing the realities of running one. People always talk about fair pricing and market competition in a business but people always forget about how tough it is for small owners to survive by settings prize thats makes sense.

Lets face the real fact here if price caps are being set on business most people would have short down on business long ago because on one had the price caps is used to ensure sellers don't make over profits on business and abuse it to a strategy they ensure all trades are fair, what can we say about those small business owner can they make a name for themselves if they are to follow the rules or price caps i mean we talking about imagine buying at high quantity price and you selling at a low price it would choked business owner.
There is a typical example of two celebrity a tiktoker a trend going on these days about the new iPhone 17 been launched there was am arguments where by a buy one person brought a clone of iPhone XR been converted to iPhone 17 the argument was based on price about getting to china to get the phone and bringing it to Nigeria to sell, The other party argued that the price he was selling was to High that the phone is way more cheaper than the price is calling to sell making people feel being cheated this cause a uproar in business.
So many people were arguing about the cost of importing, tax and all that if adding it up the phone should be worth that amount others were also arguing why would he want to rip people off with a price that high and the price of dollars is really down. In other words so many comment and debate were going about it.
Business to me is not just about profit, it about survival growth and service. But most business people are all about making profit and forget about the services they are providing to the customer. A flexible price allows entrepreneurs to breath, adapt, amd stay innovative. But when everythimg is rigged it kills businesses faster people would start running and going to other competitors.
If there is an agreement of price between two competitors business should flow nut no one party wants to prevail over the other. If you asked me i would say it should be strictly be regulated according to the change of price in the market. So maybe the real solution isn’t just capping prices, but creating a transparent market where buyers understand why prices change.
When people see honesty, they trust more. Let businesses breathe, but hold them accountable for fairness. Because at the end of the day, the goal shouldn’t be to control prices anyhow but it should be to sustain both sides: the people who buy and the people who keep the lights on (Customer).
