This week prompt is funny as it seems yes cause in Nigeria here is not No thy Neigbour as the Author Said it is Fear Thy Neigbour.
If you have leaved in area where is face me I Face you House you would know those kind of apartments are worthy to be feared where should I even begin to explain from, I remember our former apartment in bariga before we move I was still small then my mom really fought so many battles for us she explain when she gave birth to me she left me with a neighbor who she feel she could trust tmon her just going out to come back she explained something terrible was wrong with me like I got glue to a chair after she picked me up from my neighbor house the effect came a later too late like I was no able to leave that chair they had to perform some necessary actions for me to free myself from the chair if you are a Nigeria you would understand what I mean.
Another scenario Neighbor would be laughing with you at the back they be planning your downfall I also remember when dad bought new fridge one neighbor went to report to our landlord that we bought new fridge we can't keep paying the same amount as then that the landlord should increase our rent the Funniest part was the landlord don't stay wi Th uss in the apartment I was shocked on how the landlord was aware and is the same neighbor who offer assistant to carry the fridge in and later diod whats they did.
Another scenario food poison this aspect is most dangerous I had issue where neighbor offered us food during Christmas meanwhile God so good we forgot about the food and didn't eat it we decided to give our chicken then we were rearing chicken for Christmas so we pured that food without neighbor knowing cause it has spoilt we couldn't eat it the next day and funny enough the chicken died there are so many experience such as that.
Sometimes people who laugh with you not all have good intentions towards you some want your downfall while others which you were dead we seen so many scenarios where because of jealous they killed each other in compound some even attempted to put charm in their doorstep so they could step on it.
So any experience or should I talk about naming ceremony aspect on the that day blessing the child if a child who has so many stars they can decided to kill that child or take away his star if they can't have it they did go for the first option.
So I can't really trust my neighbor with my kid and even home that's from my own perspective it people we can't tell what they we do and undo so we just have to stay safe on our own way of understanding I believe with this I have been able to give so much experience on issue with neighbors and all that.
