I was online last night, let's say, on Independence Day, October 1st. I did my First Posting into the Midnight Community, which would be ***How I Became a Midnight Owl. This is probably my second post on the Midnight Owl.
What Does it Really Mean to be a Midnight Owl
I want to state two points about being a midnight owl which is my aim in writing this post tonight.

As Early this morning I saw some messages of someone saying My eyes is already closing this was the first message I had to encounter.

The Second Message was Try to Sleep Oh these messages got me thinking do people really not understand the true meaning of what a midnight owl is really all about?
Let me start by saying about some while ago me and few others was awake during the Night @nkemakonam89 i greeted her goodnight I think she had a prayer thing she does before going to bed each night around 12:00Am I greeted her tonight that was when @sperosamuel15 he is a medical doctor and also a city doctor at Neoxian City I saw him quite awake during that hour and asked you too are also awake he gave reason why he was awake his first reason was:
He said he dont sleep more than 15 times a day in a month
I joke about it and said Are you a human being he said Why not he loves sleep but he just can't I then asked why this was his response:
I do sleep because he works in a medical line of field if he sleeps his patient might choke in the middle of the night
I first laughed at these but I later understood he works mostly night shift at the hospital so I understand that more clearly now and I guess that was the reason why he mentioned earlier 15 days in a month meaning he works 15 days night shift so the other days might be morning so he would sleep at night that's what my thoughts exactly.
I think I can clear out the the second point of being a midnight owl there are several reasons you dont sleep at night I was mentioning this to the phrase of the Second word that people would say when they see you online Try they Sleep Oh
Let get to the first point which is My eyes are Closing While me and Spero was chatting I mentioned something about me feeling like My body system was heavy and all that he mentioned that sleep is very essential to the body.
And then my Lawd Sam came and said Is it? This discussion of sleep turns to an argument that night but for a fun fact nothing important such as:
Sergio Replied and said: Is it important you ask
Sam was like I think it's just overrated
Sergio said we demand to sleep six hours minimum he went on an elaborate on that
There are different sleep requirements for various ages
Infants to 6-month-old babies should sleep for less than 20 hours a day
And the requirement keeps on reducing as you grow till adults requiring just about 6-8 hours a day to function effectively
Sam said he sleeps in fractions meaning he sleeps when sleeps demands to sleep
I just pinpointed the important part of the little chat that night the fact that we awake at night doesn't mean we dont sleep and give the body rest not to sleep not everybody has the grace let me use that word not to sleep at night or rather in a simple term Night Owl.
My lesson here is not to force your body to stay awake when it ought to sleep sometimes it might be awake and sometimes it won't be everyone has a rational time of when they do sleep and when they don't.
In my last post, I wrote about how I became a night owl through a painful experience in other words it's part of me some people through occupation can make them become a night Owl, or activities, Watching movies or one way or the other you are basically a night owl.
