From birth we struggle to grow, the pain we received as a baby our parents will be there to assist us even after we reach our teenage We still struggle to adapt to our environment down to our adulthood we face life and whatever realities life have to offer This is what has been called managing life pressure.
Just as the prompt says some pressure are being caused from personal struggle yeah I can relate with that just few days ago early I was so sick had no money to get treatment the sickness was getting worst each day until yesterday I started loosing my sense of reasoning and that same time luckily for me my payment came had to go get drugs and phew my fever is down.
My point is when you have personal problems you have no one you can count on other than yourself to save you and trust in God it was a tough one for me these past few days but I survived anyway.
The question now is how we escape life pressure the truth is we can never escape it instead we can ease it no matter how you try to run away from your problem you always meet it there the best option at hand when you is being faced with a lot of pressure or anxiety there are three things I actually do the first one is I pray within me to my Heveanly Father and Second is after that I listen to Jams it depends on what pressure am facing I rotate to these things and the third is I sleep yeah you see it might sounds funny but whenever I do one of these things what it does it help me relax my mind not that it helps me escape from the pressure it relax my minds and help me think straight so I can k ow how to face the situation at hand and how to tackle it.
So I pray, sleep, listen to Music those three things help me to know how to deal with my pressure after a brief moment with them then I can be ready to face whatever challenges I have.
