Dominó de playa ☀️🌴 [Esp/Eng]

Hola amigos de Hive como se encuentran? Hoy no les traigo ninguna partida de video juegos, sino un tiempo de compartir con mi familia pero también es de un juego, específicamente un juego de mesa tradicional aquí en Venezuela y que juegan mucho aquí en Margarita, y el dominó, pero no fue una partida cualquiera sino que fue en la playa y que terminamos al otro día en la casa.

Hello friends of Hive how are you? Today I do not bring you any video game, but a time to share with my family but it is also a game, specifically a traditional board game here in Venezuela and they play a lot here in Margarita, and dominoes, but it was not just any game but it was on the beach and we finished the next day at home.

 Este juego nosotros no lo jugamos casi, teníamos no se cuántos años sin jugarlo porque jugamos más Monopoly, Clue y otros más, pero hace unos días nos quitaron la luz porque estaban podando los árboles, por donde vivimos y por esa razón nos quitaron la luz a las 12, justo a la hora del almuerzo o al medio día dónde generalmente hace más calor que en el resto del día, por lo que decidimos ir a la playa para almorzar y bañarnos. Nosotros nos llevamos 2 juegos, el domino y el Scrabble, pero ya que a mí y a Miranda no nos gusta mucho el Scrabble terminamos decidiendo jugar el dominó porque también ya teníamos bastante tiempo sin jugarlo, en este caso yo decidí ir con mi papá y Miranda se quedó con Mamá, aunque no nos sabemos completamente las reglas del juego ni las estrategias o cosas por el estilo solo estábamos jugando por jugar y era gracioso porque mi papá es de los que juega con estrategia, contando piezas y eso.

We almost never play this game, we had not played it for I don't know how many years because we played more Monopoly, Clue and others, but a few days ago they took away our electricity because they were pruning the trees where we live and for that reason they took away our electricity at 12 o'clock, just at lunch time or at noon where it is usually hotter than the rest of the day, so we decided to go to the beach to have lunch and bathe. We took 2 games with us, dominoes and Scrabble, but since me and Miranda don't like Scrabble very much we ended up deciding to play dominoes because we had not played it for a long time, in this case I decided to go with my dad and Miranda stayed with Mom, although we don't know completely the rules of the game nor the strategies or things like that we were just playing to play and it was funny because my dad is one of those who plays with strategy, counting pieces and stuff.

    Como les dije nosotros generalmente en la casa nos decidimos por jugar Clue, Pictionary, Scrabble,Jenga o Monopoly, y por eso no sabemos mucho del dominó, pero está vez ya llegó el momento de jugar un poco de dominó y aprovechando la hermosa playa y el clima que tenía nos organizamos para jugar, aunque aquí el único que lo sabe jugar bien es mi papá. Así que nosotros le advertimos que no estuviese jugando como si nosotros fuéramos unos profesionales porque solo estabamos lanzando las piezas sin contar, pero él en algunos casos si se ponía a contar para ver si no se trancaba o para ver si a alguna otra persona le quedaba ficha de un número en específico lo que la verdad sirve muchísimo.

As I told you we usually decide to play Clue, Pictionary, Scrabble, Jenga or Monopoly, and that's why we don't know much about dominoes, but this time it was time to play some dominoes and taking advantage of the beautiful beach and the weather we organized ourselves to play, although here the only one who knows how to play well is my dad. So we warned him not to play as if we were professionals because we were just throwing the pieces without counting, but in some cases he did count to see if he didn't get stuck or to see if someone else had any dominoes left of a specific number, which is really useful.

    Ya cuando llevábamos bastante tiempo jugando mi papá y yo íbamos perdiendo, según y que era mi culpa porque no estaba concentrado y estaba jugando con las mismas piezas del dominó 🤣, luego ya que se estaba haciendo tarde nos fuimos a bañar y dejamos la partida en pausa porque no quiso aceptar que perdimos y la terminamos en nuestra casa esa partida y terminamos perdiendo igual, pero aunque mi papá y yo perdimos por muchísimos puntos ayer pedimos la revancha y ganamos así que tuvimos una pequeña venganza. Espero que les haya gustado la mini-salida a la playa donde hicimos de todo un poco.

When we had been playing for a long time my dad and I were losing, according to him it was my fault because I was not concentrating and I was playing with the same dominoes 🤣, then when it was getting late we went to take a bath and we left the game on pause because he did not want to accept that we lost and we finished it at our house and we ended up losing anyway, but although my dad and I lost by many points yesterday we asked for revenge and won so we had a little revenge. I hope you liked the mini-outing to the beach where we did a little bit of everything.
