In agriculture as Time goes On we will always showcase more of what we need practically to see that there is more improvement on the farm. This improvement will also attract a lot of good benefits to both the Farmers and also the crops. That is why planting of drop is dust beyond putting the seat into the soil and wait for it to germinate.
Sometimes the germination of the cultivated plant do not always seems equal for so many reasons. When you plant your seed it will always give you good perspective about the individual seed you have cultivated. Making it a very healthy and strong belief. I always believe that when a farmer monitor what you have planted him or herself, they will always be a much more differences in it than for you to hire labor and do not even look back at all. Although sometimes it may be like this, when we are not chance to visit the farm by ourself. But we need to channel the positivity and the energy to the agricultural farm ourselves. Whenever I am not on the farm and I summoned somebody to do some cleaning of the unwanted plants, I will not be myself at all because I do not participate in those Farm activities as well. But when I am presently the farm it will always motivate me to even do more of cleaning, clearing and packing of they unwanted plants.
- I will be finishing the clearing of the agricultural Farmland very soon because as we approach the dry season farmers should be aware of so many dangers around the dry season. Each season brings along it advantage and disadvantages.
Leading from one aspect of Farm activities to another also motivate more farmers to chip in more ideas of initiating Good Farm management. When you have poor Farm management on the farm there will always be everything wrong. So you need to fight it and make sure that there is no room for laziness and the farm but so ever.
Whenever you are on the farm you also need to rest so that, it will not be as if you are putting so much prayer on yourself and others that help you on the farm. That is why I always visit the farm every other day even when we are doing a lot of Farm activities. There is no room for pressure at all.
- You see that I always emphasize on building the farm according to your own knowledge, wisdom and motive. Motive in the sense that whenever you try as much as possible to initiate any move on the farm you must always consult around. Have a lot of knowledge about different types of crop production, Farm management, animal keeping and so on
There is also one thing that is called Farm engagement. No matter who you are you must always engage some Farm activities that we push your farm and also your produce forward.
