This bitter kola is known for different uses and also benefits which can be source naturally if you know where to get it from Fresh. There are some that is being sold out half dried and have fresh. I do not say it is not good for consumption but when it is fresh the content may be different from when it is dried which is for sure. It is consumable when it is dry and when it is fresh. some people actually love it when it is dry more because it can be grind into powder form.
Some people also chew this bitter kola to attract it benefits naturally without grinding. Just like myself I chew it constantly to detoxify my body system and also to use it as cleansing in the body. Some actually use it for increasing libido. It has a lot of benefits and its healthwise.

This is another way to quickly dry up your farm produce. There are so many ways nowadays that can absolutely attract a lot of Farm produce to dry within a twinkle of an eye. Depending on whatever you want to buy in this particular market it is ready available and they have it in different sections. The more you walk the more you see different food items. There are also some sections where they have fruits, shoes,bags, clothes,yam, potatoes and the perishables.
So many people use this advantage and privilege that there is a lot of sunshine at the moment. To dry up different types of foodstuff which is literally in process for consumption or for sale. There are some places whereby customers demand them in bulk, so they will help them to dry it grind it and send it to the different destinations. It is absolutely on different transactions.
