Okay, today I want to show you the anchovies that I cook using coconut milk and this will really whet your appetite and my family is very happy and eats a lot, that's what I like. # Ingredients
* Anchovies
* Grated coconut
* Shallots
* Garlic
* Dried chilies
* Coriander
* Turmeric
* Tamarind



First I have to put salt and lime juice in it, and then I take the ingredients, I wash them clean and I grind them using a blender after that I put them in a container containing the anchovies.


Then I took the grated coconut because I was going to take the coconut milk for my cooking, and I mixed it all together.


So now just turn the heat on to medium and add a little oil, once it's hot, add the chopped shallots into it.


Then, after the onions look brown, immediately add the anchovies that we have just prepared. Don't forget to also add the green chilies that I have cut in half. This will really whet your appetite.
