A Fantastic Mexican Food Experience
I recently went to a very popular Food Experience in Mexico that everybody is talking about. Located in one of the most Hipster Neighborhoods in Mexico.Expendio de Maiz sin Nombre is a Fantastic Experience that combines elements of an Open Kitchen, a Bistro and a Mexican Street Food Stand.Trust Me, you won’t feel that you are in a Restaurant at all.
Let’s start with some of the Food.It’s very important to mention that there is no Menu available Everyday there is something new to try for guests Attending Expendio de Maiz.The Food Dishes are 100% Based on Corn as the Main Ingredient.
We tried a “Sope” with some Shredded Spicy Beef, Beans, Avocado and Banana Inspired by the Region of Oaxaca.This Vegan Taco is one of the Best Tacos I’ve ever had: Pipian Verde and Mushrooms Delicious. The Food Kept coming and coming. You have to tell your waiter when to stop.Take a Look at this Fantastic Dessert to End the Experience.This has probably been the Best Food Experience I’ve had this year. These Mexican Dishes are Top Quality
