Hace unos días estaba comiendo algunas fresas y se veían tan lindas quite de combinó con unas ganas inmensas qué tenía de dibujar algo tierno y lindo, es así como llegamos a la publicación de hoy, mi más reciente dibujo, una hermosa chica en estilo chibi inspirada en colores de fresa. Por acá dejo evidencia de la fresa inspiradora (risas), pero cómo no iba a serlo si miren ese color vibrante, su textura perfecta y ese aspecto súper jugoso, se merecía la creación de un personaje sí o sí.

Fresa / Strawberry
Empezamos entonces en dibujo con el boceto, para ello he empleado tres tonos de gris, primero hago un esqueleto, tipo un "dibujo de palitos" para darme una idea del espacio que ocupará cada parte y fijar la postura de mi personaje, posteriormente, hago ya las formas del cuerpo y la cabeza y aquí me tomo un momento para comentarles que buscaba un aspecto un tanto tímido, por eso las manitos van juntas y al frente, casi a la altura del pecho, también pueden notar que sus pies apuntan bastante hacia adentro. Es común que yo dibuje los pies en esta dirección cuando hago chibis, pero en este caso lo acentúa un poco más. Finalmente, su cabello, elegí dos coletas porque se me hacen demasiado tiernas y llamativas.

First I make a skeleton, like a “stick drawing” to give me an idea of the space that each part will occupy and to fix the posture of my character, then I make the shapes of the body and the head and here I take a moment to tell you that I was looking for a somewhat shy look, so the hands are together and in front, almost at chest height, you can also notice that his feet point quite inward. It is common for me to draw the feet in this direction when I make chibis, but in this case it accentuates it a little more. Finally, her hair, I chose two pigtails because they look too cute and eye-catching to me.
Boceto / Sketch
Ahora sí hacemos las líneas definitivas del dibujo y aquí viene una parte muy divertida que es diseñar la ropa. Estoy obsesionada con estos suéteres amplios y esponjosos en colores pasteles, también con las faldas plisadas, ambas prendas me parecen súper femeninas y tiernas, así que decidí incluirlo en mi diseño, además le he colocado unas botas porque soy muy fan (risas) y unas medias bonitas. También definí la cabellera con coletas amplias de cabello abundante y dos lazos muy lindos.

Now we do the final lines of the drawing and here comes a very fun part which is to design the clothes. I am obsessed with these wide and fluffy sweaters in pastel colors, also with the pleated skirts, both garments seem super feminine and tender, so I decided to include it in my design, I also put some boots because I'm a big fan (laughs) and some nice socks. I also defined the hair with wide ponytails of abundant hair and two very cute bows.

Posteriormente añadí los colores base, utilizando los tonos que encontramos en una fresa y también degradados de estos mismos, así, el suéter terminó siendo color rosado con bolsillo beige y corazones rojos, mismo rojo que agregué en la falda, botas y lazos. El cabello es verde como las hojas de la fresa y en el caso de los ojos me costó mucho elegir un color, por lo que terminé tomando dos y me encantó (risas).

Later I added the base colors, using the tones found in a strawberry and also gradients of these, so the sweater ended up being pink with a beige pocket and red hearts, the same red that I added in the skirt, boots and bows. The hair is green like the leaves of the strawberry and in the case of the eyes I had a hard time choosing a color, so I ended up taking two and I loved it (laughs).

Las sombras y luces las hice en función de los colores base, con tonos más oscuros o más claros que estos según lo deseado creando profundidad.

Ahora hacemos un bonito fondo y al igual que con los ojos, me costaba elegir un color y terminé eligiendo dos, un crema y un lila, también un morado más oscuro para generar sombra bajo la chica.

Finalmente, añado detallitos en color blanco, en la chica para resaltar brillos y en el fondo como parte de la decoración y por supuesto, mi firma también para terminar esta preciosa ilustración que me gusta muchísimo.
