Un saludo amigos de @Holos-Lotus. Hace unos días sosteníamos @daddyvaldes y yo una conversación sobre su vocación de compartir el conocimiento. Él me expone que el saber es uno de los recursos más valiosos que posee. En su desempeño como maestro de muchas generaciones ha acumulado experiencias, aprendizajes y conocimientos que lo han moldeado y le han permitido transitar por el mundo. Yo que le he acompañado por 10 años descubro que es un acto de generosidad enseñar. Sé que muchos maestros que nos acompañan en hive estarán de acuerdo con ello. Transmitir conocimientos requiere esfuerzo y sacrificio, preparación constante y mucha empatía. Meditando en ellos he subrayado algunos puntos que quiero compartirles.

El Valor de Compartir el Conocimiento

En este momento donde todo el mundo está cada vez más interconectado a las redes, el intercambio de conocimientos p2p (person to person) es cada vez menos valorado. Sin embargo es de resaltar que cada persona plantea una perspectiva única dependiendo de sus vivencias y enseñanzas adquiridas y compartidas. Cuando veo a Osmel compartir lo que sabe en los talleres de literatura, en sus clases de inglés, veo también una contribución al tejido social que se vuelve más robusto cada vez porque en la dinámica de intercambio se benefician los alumnos y también los maestros expanden sus horizontes.
