La esencia del Optimismo[Esp-Eng]

Que propicio el tema que nos trae la @neuropoeta para reflexionar. Vivimos tiempos donde la superficialidad domina, y el optimismo es un faro en la niebla, por lo menos así lo veo yo.
Ser optimista está muy lejos de ser simplemente una persona llena de positivismo moderno. A muchos he visto adornar sus discursos con frases hechas y clichés repetitivos, llenar estados de WhatsApp y otras redes sociales de mensajes de este tipo. Y luego, a la hora de la verdad, se les viene el mundo encima porque se les detuvo el reloj.
El optimismo verdadero es un profundo entendimiento de la vida, una habilidad para mirar más allá de las dificultades, para ver la belleza, donde todo es oscuro y terrible.

Hay quien se dice optimista por usar frases como "todo estará bien".
Y no va de eso, sino de buscar conscientemente soluciones, especialmente cuando los caminos de nuestra vida parecen cerrados.

Hay una situación que se repite constantemente en mi vida y es tener que esperar transporte para moverme a varios lugares.
Y ahí está @daddyvaldes siempre positivo diciendo que no me desespere que el bus nuestro llegará en cualquier momento. Si hay algo que me desespera es no alcanzar puesto para los  dos y tener que bajar. Y ahí está él muy tranquilo y positivo, diciendo que no nos convenía irnos ahí o cualquier otra cosa.
Lo cierto es que es admirable su capacidad de enfrentar lo adverso y de sacar siempre lo mejor en esas situaciones de dificultad.

Yo soy capaz de adaptarme, superar situaciones, encontrar caminos alternativos, pero no a la primera. Necesito ajutarme, quizás me queje un poco y entonces sí arranco. Como si tuviera un mecanismo programado.

Ah, porque resiliente sí soy, creo que el optimismo y la resiliencia van de la mano

Si tú eres de los que se preguntan, ¿qué puedo aprender de esto? En lugar de rendirte al desánimo. Puedes sentirte satisfecho porque esa es una actitud que  beneficia a todos y contagia a los que están cerca.

Hace unos días  en la ciudad de las Tunas cayó un aguacero casi sin precedentes. Yo quedé admirada de cómo @iriswrite que tuvo que barrer muchísima agua, me dijo: "No hay lluvia sin bendición". Ella vio una oportunidad para apreciar las bendiciones que trae la lluvia. Admiro a quienes convierten la adversidad en el fertilizante que enriquece la tierra de sus capacidades y potencialidades.

Finalmente, ser optimista es contagioso. Cuando muchos se sienten atrapados en ciclos de negatividad, la luz de un optimista puede iluminar el camino de otros. Las actitudes optimistas fomentan comunidades más fuertes y solidarias, donde se celebra el éxito colectivo y se abordan los problemas con creatividad y colaboración.

Yo no me creo pesimista, pero si reconozco que puedo entrenar mi cerebro y mi consciencia para avanzar un escalón más, es un compromiso que he hecho con mi crecimiento personal.
