_The society and the world entirely is where they are today, all because of social media. If the world and the society is in a safer place today, social media contributed to it, and if the world is in dispute today social media contributed to it, as well. You are in a situation and in a generation where social media controls many of the activities that is happening around. There are many social media platforms, which in one way or did they serve the same purpose, one of the major reasons I believe social media platforms are for communication. Which in one way or the other, like I said before, all the social Media platform does that, I think that's the main primary function of these platforms._

_There are a lot of social media platforms are there, that we are lucky enough to use those which we use, all can understand and access, the ones we cannot access are many than the ones we can actually access, to an average social media user. When I get to hear about social media the first platform ahead of was Facebook. I do think about different things then, a book where you can actually read with face, or face that requires you to add up a book, I was just not getting it all right.. well the time I get to know more About, Social Media platform, their function, and how you can use them, then I realized that there's actually more to social media and it's platform, all of them, serve as a medium of communication, but many of them, function in different ways..._
_Regarding to the Hive Learners Weekly Prompt, Edition 1 for the week. We are asked to Discuss about_ **_BANNED FOR LIFE._** _When you look at the list of many social media platforms, you will find it difficult to pronounce some of them, because you don't know them, and didn't even expect somethings like that to be there. So we say that our knowledge about social media platforms are limited to those which we use on our daily activities and routine. There are many social media platforms, which I could list; Facebook, Discord, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, and WhatsApp, LinkedIn,Twitter, Telegram, and Reddit, Instagram. Etc. These social media platforms are to our reach but have different ways they function._
_So if I'm to bound one Social Media Platform for Life!! Then it will be_ **_WhatsApp._** _A lot of people use WhatsApp for communication everyday, but it is programming in a way that you can only access those who are within your contact list, if you make a post on your status, it can only be seen by those who you already have in your contact list, as well. So the features are not really giving you the opportunity to search for those which you don't have, communicate to and Outsider. In the situation of promotion and publication, WhatsApp does not give you the Liberty or the ability to do that perfectly well, unlike Facebook, tiktok, Instagram, Twitter and so on._
_More of the messages on WhatsApp can be regulated by some settings. In some situation you can actually set disappearing messages. Which messages can automatically disappear after the estimated times or hours, making information not to be saved and can easily be lost. For me, I see WhatsApp as not having promotional value, security wise, it is not Strong Enough to be Authentic. I hear some person said that it is very easy to use WhatsApp as part of social Media platform, then I will always tell them, WhatsApp features are limited, and what will you benefit from a platform that is easier to use, an easier to lose your vital information._
_Unlike other platforms, if you definitely lose your phone or your logins on WhatsApp without backing up, your chat documents on order informations on the WhatsApp, Wipes out, and the end of losing those informations. But in order social media platforms like I mention earlier on, when you're able to remember your logins or can retrieve it back, your documents information and chats remains intact._
\*Therefore, if I have the opportunity or the chance to banned a social Media platform, I have no other choice, than to go with **WhatsApp.**
