_As a living being on planet Earth we suffer one pressure or the other. At times it is difficult to know the kind of pressure you are passing through when you try to compare it with others. No one has a specific amount of pressure or stress that comes away, but one thing is sure, everyone is face with one pressure or the other, no matter the amount of pressure or stress, one is passing through, if not where manage can affair the individual mentally, psychologically, physically or otherwise. It is important we learn how to manage pressure, stress and anxiety. In a situation where we cannot manage this, it inturn, manages us. When you fail to overcome pressure, In addition to Stress and Anxiety that comes with our daily routine, activities of an individual, the society we find ourselves, and the Ecosystem at large, it becomes a challenge that if time is not taking minds cause other physical, mental, psychological, issues. Therefore, it is important to note how we can manage our pressure, because individual pressures might, differ from what other person see as pressure._ _I am a kind of individual, I don't like stress at all and people know me for that. But when will I face the reality, I'm hit up with Pressure, Stress, Anxiety, Weaknesses, and all that, and I've grown to build myself not to present weak, so, it is actually difficult, for you to see me weak and not being able to manage Pressure. Taking a break is a way of me managing my pressure and stress, in this situation when I take a Break it is not always obvious or noticeable to the outsider, it is a way of me observing and trying to know where the pressure, stress, anxiety is coming from and by so doing that I will be able to manage it._ _One thing that is very important is to identify the Pressure, the stress and the anxiety. We have a clear idea of where the pressure is coming from, believe me you will do everything possible to make sure you stop the pressure that is existing on you, so one way which I have been able to use to control pressure including anxiety and stress, is by taking a step back to identify the causes or the source of that pressure, because it is anything that can just occur._ _
