_Majority percentage of things that are being done in our generation today are basically to make money. Many persons do not involve in teams if earning or income is not attached to it. The world is diversing to a system that everything should be about money, no hospitality attributes. We have few philanthropist and more investors. People don't like to give out or do things for humanity rather it is all about being business minded or money making minded. Sometimes you have no option than to join the lead. When you look at the ecosystem and the social economic status of your locality, you will strongly believe that many things are of finances, therefore for you to meet up with everyday activities things you do most generates you income or earnings, in return and if possible it should be a daily process._

_Few years ago, about a decade, we do see nurses and medical practitioners, immediately after their high institution, they have this urge and excitement to work of humanity, for at least a space of One Year. Even without being paid, they enjoy working for this people. Making sure the safe life without earning, did you all these out of passion. But these days, Many of the Nurses and medical practitioners, are too focus on making money other than serving humanity. Many of them start planning on how to travel from a local Area of their schooling, to a States or country where they are being highly paid. It all results today that a greater number of individuals are more focus on the money they will make, more than the passion._
_Sometimes ago, I eventually wrote about passion on earning. When you do not balance this two things there is always an issue to maintain it going. In as much as, we have to work for the passion, then if the Money or income is not there who will definitely lose interest one day. Psychology with tell us the truth, you cannot just be working for passion when you have no other source of income. I mean for you to work for humanity you have to be physically strong mentally fit and emotionally Ready, when all these things are not put in place then passion are dead. Many persons fail to understand that, no matter what you do we need money for our daily living, it's not differs from how individual see or go about it. But in all you do make sure that there is an income from it. Even the time you spend is a greater resources and a greater asset, therefore if utilize it well definitely you are going to make it and have things in return (Money)._
_In all you do you sure you are business minded, although they say that, everything is not money, almost everything we do in life are achieve by the assistant of finances and money... Meanwhile, at the beginning, it might not seems to be that way, that money is assisting almost everything, but in the right sense of it, it does... Just gave to balance it, in all you do..._
