The _sentence, "I don't want to stress myself," is a very common one. We Here people say it almost everyday. And to us it might not really make sense until you are in a situation you will understand that, there is a feeling that comes with stress and you won't like to stress yourself. Stress is an emotional effect on human. It is normally believed that stress is just you feeling overwhelm of a situation or a matter at hand. It has an emotional, mental and psychological influence. For anything you want to do that is supposed to be of benefit to you never comes very easy, therefore, you might engage in things that might end up stressing you a little._

_One thing people forget to understand is that, what I classify as being stressful, difficult to me might not really be difficult to others. And it goes that same way when other persons compare things and say they are difficult and stressful to them, when I attempt doing the same thing and my end of telling them this isn't stressful. So when you talk about stress you compare individual responses to stress stimuli. There are many Consideration to the level at which one can perceive an event to be Stressful, These include; Emotional response, Physical response, Triggers, And so on. Therefore it is strongly believe that we all pass through stress but how we perceive them and how tense it is, varies from individual._
_A very big question here is?_ **_Is it Possible to avoid Stress?_** _Eventually, if I have the opportunity to make this Question open to General Mass, I also know that, many persons we are different contribution over this topic or the question itself. However, to me you cannot avoid Stress but you can manage Stress, and reduce the rate, at which you pass through stress._
_As far as what you are about doing is Worth doing, honestly speaking it comes with stress, however you can only control it and reduce the amount of stress the workload is coming with. When I mention about managing it or controlling the amount of Stress, it is actually with our basical knowledge. For example, Regular Non-Strenuous Exercises, healthy eating, having a relaxation in-between works, ensuring that those things you are working towards are realistic. And so many more. With these you will be able to manage and control the stress level you pass through._
_Stress come from different places, ranging from our daily activities and our own working places, to students, we also have academics stress. Knowing a way to manage it, because it will always come, is very important. One thing I have learned to understand, you have no way to say you are not going to experience stress, immediately there is a shift in emotion of an individual, the Stress Response and Signals, are triggered living the person in state of stress, although it might differs from the way it is being perceived, however stress will definitely occur._
_Being able to identify when stress is involved, and knowing how to control this said stress, gives you an opportunity to minimize the rate at which it affects you as an individual._
