As a true lover of good food, she decided to break her diet for a day to enjoy one of her favorite dishes: Chinese rice and sweet and sour chicken. She asked her dad and me to take her to Yangtse Restaurant, a place we had visited before and which left fond memories for her due to its delicious seasoning.  We were joined by my son-in-law, Miguel, and my grandchildren, who always fill any gathering with joy. Although we miss my daughter Daniela, we understood that she couldn't be present due to her responsibilities at the hospital, where she was on call. María's boyfriend also joined us, bringing a delicious cake that was the perfect sweet touch to close the celebration.  The meal was enjoyable and filled with laughter. We discussed the flavors of lunch, and while everything was generally delicious, Maria was slightly disappointed with the sweet and sour chicken she'd been craving. Upon tasting it, she noticed the acidity was quite strong, which explained her reaction. Sometimes cravings don't always meet our expectations, but the important thing is sharing the moment.   Before leaving, we took the opportunity to take some photographs that immortalized the joy of the day.
