Upon arrival, we organized ourselves to get our shopping done faster: my husband headed to the delicatessen to order cheese and ham, while I went directly to the butcher. I entered my ID and phone number, and within seconds, I received a WhatsApp message with my appointment number, the number of people in front of me, and an estimate of when I would be served.  I thought it was a great idea. This system allowed me to use my time to find other products I needed without having to wait standing around.
