If you had the opportunity, what kind of business would you like to start and why?
Since I was very young, I’ve felt a deep connection with baking. For me, making desserts is more than just mixing ingredients—it’s about creating moments of happiness, sharing sweetness, and awakening emotions through flavor. If I had the chance to start a business, I would undoubtedly open a bakery. It would be a cozy space, filled with tempting aromas, where every creation tells a story and every customer feels at home.
This venture would allow me to pursue my passion, generate my own income, and achieve financial independence. I could also offer employment to others who share a love for baking, forming a team united by creativity and dedication.
Being my own boss would give me the freedom to innovate, adapt recipes, and build a brand with its own identity. My bakery would reflect my values: hard work, commitment, and love for what I do.
Starting this business would be the fulfillment of a dream and a way to contribute to my community with a place full of flavor, joy, and opportunity. Because in the end, a good dessert not only nourishes the body—it also warms the soul.

Hoy me llena de emoción unirme a este hermoso concurso que semana tras semana nos propone nuestra querida comunidad. En esta ocasión, participo en la semana 252 respondiendo a una de las preguntas que nos plantea con tanto cariño nuestra querida @jane1289:
¿Si tuvieras la oportunidad, qué tipo de negocio te gustaría montar y por qué?
Desde muy joven he sentido una profunda conexión con la repostería. Para mí, preparar postres no es solo mezclar ingredientes, sino crear momentos de felicidad, compartir dulzura y despertar emociones a través del sabor. Si tuviera la oportunidad de montar un negocio, sin duda abriría una pastelería. Sería un espacio acogedor, lleno de aromas tentadores, donde cada creación contara una historia y cada cliente se sintiera como en casa.
Este emprendimiento no solo me permitiría desarrollar mi pasión, sino también generar ingresos propios, lo que representa independencia económica y crecimiento personal. Además, podría ofrecer empleo a otras personas que compartan el amor por la cocina, creando un equipo unido por la creatividad y el compromiso.
Ser mi propia jefa me daría la libertad de tomar decisiones, innovar en recetas, y construir una marca con identidad propia. Me encantaría incorporar opciones saludables, postres tradicionales y propuestas modernas, adaptándome a los gustos de cada cliente.
Más allá del aspecto comercial, mi pastelería sería un reflejo de mis valores: esfuerzo, dedicación y amor por lo que se hace. Creo firmemente que cuando trabajas con pasión, los resultados se sienten en cada detalle.
Montar este negocio sería cumplir un sueño, y al mismo tiempo, contribuir a mi comunidad con un espacio lleno de sabor, alegría y oportunidades. Porque al final, un buen postre no solo alimenta el cuerpo, también acaricia el alma.
