Last week's clouds put me in the best mood ever!
I felt a strange sense of joy and had to reflect on what triggered it. It could be that the clouds' uniqueness stood out against the usual cloudless backdrop? Or maybe it was because the clouds' uniqueness lay in their being more than just bland grey puffs?
Whatever it is, it's clear that my excitement came from the clouds! 🥰 When we were still children, one of our favorite pastimes was staring at the sky. Point to the clouds, and let our imaginations take flight. There we could spot a dragon, a giant ice cream cone, and even a castle. But now, that I have grown up, I find myself looking at the same sky, but no longer see dragons or castles.
Instead, I see layers and textures, cirrus, stratus, and the cumulus clouds floating above.
Just like today, as I watch those clouds, all I can see are cumulus clouds. If I'm seeing them correctly. ☺️ After spending some time, the sky slowly started to change its colors. The white clouds earlier turned soft orange, then pink, as the sun began to set.
It was a different kind of beauty. And it wasn't like the one before. Sunsets are sometimes softer, but tonight's was bolder.
No two sunsets are even the same. They're always different, but every single one is special. ❤️ The sun there was so bright and red, though my phone couldn't quite do it justice. What I saw with my own eyes was more stunning than any photo could capture. But still, I hope you enjoy the glimpse I shared. Both clouds and sunsets change every day, but that's what makes them so captivating. Until my next breathtaking scene... Thanks for the visit! Have a lovely day. Buh-bye. 💗🌸
