falm fruit in Latin is Arenga pinnata (wurmb) Merr. Is the fruit of the aren tree whose water is usually taken to make falm sugar. And the leaves are made into broomsticks. so this Aren tree has many benefits but at this time I will only focus on the fruit of this Aren tree which in my city is known as Kolang Kaling fruit.

This fruit has mucus that is believed to cure arthritis if consumed regularly. And it has indeed been proven many times. In addition, this Kolang Kaling fruit is very delicious if made into dry or wet sweets for those who like sweet. However, if someone who does not like sweet tastes and only wants to feel the benefits, the Kolak KOlang Kaling recipe that I made might be able to inspire you. And the time I made this KOlang-Kaling was no more than 10 minutes. So if you have high working hours, this dish is perfect for you to make at home

Now let's make my version of Kolang-kaling Kolak

1. The first thing I do is wash the Kolang-kaling seeds until clean and I only wash them once so that the mucus is not lost because the mucus is good for relieving joint pain. 2. After I wash them clean, I move them into a pan and pour in the water that I have prepared, then I boil them over medium heat until the water boils

3. After the water boils, I add the cloves and cinnamon

4. After that, I add the brown sugar and pandan leaves together and stir until the sugar dissolves. After the sugar dissolves, I turn off the stove.

7. After that, I have finished making Kolang-kaling Kolak and I consume it while it is warm.

The taste that I want in this Kolang kaling KOlak is a light taste where the palm sugar is only a coloring so it is not too sweet because it is added with nutmeg syrup. So the overall taste of this Kolang-kaling kolak is slightly sweet and has a little aroma of cinnamon spices but not too strong. Because I don't really like too many spices. I will make this simple recipe for 1 whole month to continue to reduce my husband's and my joint pain for future prevention. Greetings from me Maytom, Indonesia
