Today I want to make mixed ice with all the ingredients available in my house. The ingredients for this mixed ice recipe can be different for each recipe and sometimes many people in my city also call it fruit soup because it consists of various kinds of fruits. But right now I don't have various kinds of fruits. But that doesn't stop me from making this ice recipe. and in making mixed ice this afternoon I will make mixed ice with my own version which will be for my husband's diabetes sufferers so I have to make all the food and drinks that are not only delicious but also healthy. And I have also started controlling my diet and lifestyle a year ago.
The ingredients that I use in making this mixed ice are
1. 250 grams of palm fruit that I have washed clean
2. 500 ML of liquid milk
3. ½ part of a dragon fruit
4. 1 sweet corn
5. 3 tablespoons of nutmeg syrup (if you don't have this syrup, you can skip it and replace it with other syrups or other healthy sweeteners such as honey and palm sugar)
And the way I make my mixed ice in this recipe is
1. The first thing I do is heat the water until it boils then after that I put in the corn to boil for about 5 minutes
2. After the corn wilts and changes color I put in the aren fruit together and I wait 5 minutes then after that I turn off the stove.
3. The next step is I drain the corn so that it cools a little after that I separate the corn kernels from the cobs and to make it easier for me to do it in the middle I pierce the handle of a spoon
4. After I separated the corn kernels, I mixed them with the flesh of the aren fruit.
5. Then the next step is I cut the dragon fruit into cubes and I mix everything into one container.
6. The next step is I mix liquid milk into the container
7. And the last is I mix 3 tablespoons of nutmeg syrup in it then I stir until all the ingredients are mixed.
My mixed ice is done I have finished but I will not add ice to it and the way I enjoy this drink is I will store this drink in the refrigerator first and after it is cold then I will drink it.
