Yesterday afternoon there was a tofu seller selling in front of my house. Usually besides bringing tofu he will also bring tempeh, tofu water and soy milk, but yesterday afternoon he brought tofu water. Tofu water is almost similar to soy milk in color but the aroma is very different, and this tofu water has no taste at all and the aroma of tofu is still strong there. This tofu water has many benefits for the body especially for the skin, but I don't really like it if I don't process it. It so happens that I still have a stock of yellow pumpkin at home. So I will make all these ingredients into pumpkin balls with the tofu water sauce that I bought. And for all the ingredients and the process I will display in the section below.

How to make these pumpkin balls is:

1. The first thing I do is cut the pumpkin into two parts because you will only take half. After that I peel it and clean it from the seeds then I cut it into small pieces and I boil it for about 8 minutes until it is really soft.

2. after the pumpkin is cooked then I drain it and I soften it using only a spoon. soften it until it is really smooth

3. after it is smooth I mix in salt and I stir it until it is evenly mixed so that the salt is perfectly mixed.

4. after that I put flour into the pumpkin that I had softened earlier and after that I knead it with my hands until the dough is really mixed evenly and the pumpkin that is not completely smooth can be softened with my hands. Oh yeah, don't forget to wash your hands clean before kneading the dough, friends.

5. after the dough is even then I make small balls like balls until all the dough is used up. Oh yeah and while I was molding the dough into small balls I boiled clean water. And I let it boil.

6. After the water boiled, I put in the pumpkin balls that I had made earlier one by one. And I let it boil again. Don't worry, the balls will stick together. Because during the initial process of putting in the balls, I put them one by one into the boiling water. After the balls boiled, I drained the balls.
