Just a Few Seagulls

Hello, dear feathered friends community! It's been a while since I shared any birds with you here. I don't have any photos of large birds to enter in the contest, but I do have some medium-sized feathered friends that fit in very well with this community.

Hola querida comunidad amante de los plumíferos!

Hace ya un tiempo que no compartía alguna ave aqui con ustedes, no tengo fotografías de aves grandes para entrar en el concurso, pero tengo unos plumíferos de tamaño mediano que quedan muy bien en esta comunidad.

 It is well known that I always enjoy walking in the park, and there is a large colony of seagulls living there. I think the park provides the perfect environment to meet all the needs of these little friends. They have a large pond to drink from, trees to sleep in, and many cafes around where they can steal some bread rolls or sandwiches from customers. I've seen many of them steal pizzas from people who are eating outdoors. They are expert pizza and sandwich hunters!

Es bien sabido que siempre me gusta caminar en el parque y ahi vive una gran colonia de gaviotas, creo que el parque proporciona el ambiente perfecto para cubrir todas las necesidades de estas amiguitas, Tienen una gran laguna para beber, tienen árboles donde dormir y además muchos cafecitos alrededor donde ir a robar algunos panecillos o bocatas a los clientes. 

He visto muchas robar las pizzas de las personas que se descuidan, son unas expertas cazadoras de pizzas y bocatas!

 Here in the park, they are also fed by visitors, but they have to compete with the colony of ducks that also live in the park. I'm not sure if feeding the birds in the park is allowed, but I see people doing it often.

Aquí en el parque también son alimentadas por los visitantes, pero deben competir con la colonia de patos que también hace vida en el parque. No estoy muy segura si eso de alimentar las aves del parque sea permitido pero veo que lo hacen a menudo. 

 Meanwhile, in the pond, the ducks are practicing their synchronized swimming. I think they're getting ready for the Olympics!😁

Mientras tanto en el estanque los patos practican su nado sincronizado. Creo que se están preparando para una olimpiada!

 These images are not of birds, but I thought it would be good to add them here because I took them alongside the birds and didn't want them to be left orphaned on my phone. I think they are seeds from one of the trees in the park. I found their shape curious, so I took some pictures of them.

Estás imágenes no son de aves pero me pareció bueno agregarlas aqui pues las tomé junto a las aves y no quise que quedaran huérfanas en mi celular. Creo que son las semillas de alguno de los árboles del parque. Me pareció curiosa su forma así que les hice unas tomas.
