Muy buenos días a todos los atletas pertenecientes a la comunidad de #hive y #SWC hoy les traigo un entrenamiento qué realicé el día de ayer en la escuela de Clan Anzus Strong kids, dónde se le realizó a los niños un entrenamiento de front lever con liga para ir aconstumbrandoce , con negativas que esto nos va a ayudar a ganar lo que es la fuerza isométrica para este tipo de elementos también ejercicios básicos como la tuck advance, press de remos frot lever, tuck back lever para los mas principiantes ejercicios complementario de básicos ya que como son principiantes necesitan ganar fuerza como lo que son fondos en barra y dominadas
Good morning to all the athletes belonging to the #hive and #SWC community. Today I'm bringing you a workout I did yesterday at the Clan Anzus Strong Kids School. The kids did a front lever workout with a band to get used to it. Fue una experiencia muy bonita ya que pues hemos tenido aprendizajes sobre estos chicos que quieren aprender de este gran deporte llamado calistenia donde he visto un avance significativo en estos dos meses de entrenamiento que se realizó su entrenamientos básicos ya que meses anteriores no tenían conocimiento claro de que era la calistenia Y de qué objetivos a futuro quisieran los chicos de eso hice tres meses para que vayan aprendiendo conociendo y van indagando sobre este deporte varios así viendo videos de tik Tok Instagram y otras plataformas se ha ido motivando y me ha mostrado videos los chicos de los que les gustaría hacer y entrenar dándoles así una mayor motivación de los entrenos, Gracias por ver este tipo de contenido estaré publicando más a esta hermosa comunidad Y que todos tengan un feliz día
It was a very nice experience, as we learned about these kids who want to learn this great sport called calisthenics. I've seen significant progress in these two months of training. Their basic training was carried out, since months before, they didn't have a clear understanding of what calisthenics was. And what future goals the kids would like to have. That's what I did for three months so that they could learn, know and inquire about this sport.
