Mitad de semana, que rapido ya pasan los dias, ya casi a un mes de la carrera para la cual nos hemos estado preparando las ultimas semanas. Y despues de dar vueltas y vueltas en el estadio, hoy sali junto a mi esposo a la libertad jejeje, sin duda alguna la calle me gusta mas, aunque mis pies no me lo agradezcan, mi alma, y mi corazon si, ya que disfruto muchisimo el contacto con el medio, me distraigo mas, el tiempo y los kilometros pasan mas rapido, bueno y en resumen trotar al aire libre es lo que mas me llena. Hoy necesitabamos algo de cuestas, asi que nos fuimos a entrenar a la ruta que tiene esa cuesta que tanto me gusta retadora, que hoy la senti bien pesada, me pego bastante, senti los latidos del corazon a mil, y la respiracion bien acelerada. Claro las temperaturas se las traian tambien ya que estaban pero bien fuertes, senti un vaporon veia lejos esa cuesta si que me costo llegar, pero me senti feliz porque no pare, me dije no voy a parar xq sino esta mente me va a dominar, y no puede ser, seguir hasta el final de la cuesta.

In short, jogging outdoors is what fulfils me the most. Today we needed some hills, so we went to train on the route that has that hill that I like so much, which is challenging. Today it felt really hard, it really got to me, I felt my heart beating a mile a minute, and my breathing was really fast. Of course, the temperatures were also high, as they were really strong. I felt a steam rising and saw that hill in the distance. It was hard to get there, but I felt happy because I didn't stop. I told myself I wasn't going to stop because otherwise my mind would dominate me, and that couldn't happen. I had to keep going until the end of the hill.
Al llegar a la cuesta, pare unos minutos, me hidrate, y de rgereso, ya sintiendome mejor, ya que venia lo bueno la recompensa luego de sufrir, la bajada, que maravilla, esto si que lo disfrute, ya con los valores mas estables, termine mis 10Km de este dia, feliz porque no abandone el entrenamiento, y gracais a Dios el dolor del talon ha bajado muchisimo, ya casi ni lo siento. mantuve un ritmo promedio aceptable para esta ruta retadora.
